The transmission of communications from SoccerSolver does not entail any obligation on the part of the sender to guarantee the absence of viruses, worms, trojans, or other harmful software. The recipient is responsible for implementing the necessary security measures within their information system to detect and eliminate such programs.
BALONO SUMPTER, S.L.U. shall not be held liable for any damages that may arise from the presence of malicious software in communications or their attachments.
2. Recording and Communication Consent
SoccerSolver (BALONO SUMPTER, S.L.U.) informs all participants that meetings held within our facilities or through our digital platforms may be recorded in audio and/or video format for internal, professional, and communication purposes.
By attending such meetings, participants expressly consent to:
• The recording and storage of the session, including voice, image, and any verbal or visual interventions.
• The use, reproduction, and public dissemination of said recordings, transcripts, and excerpts on SoccerSolver's official channels, including our corporate website, social media platforms, and promotional materials.
This processing is based on the company's legitimate interest in documenting its activities, ensuring transparency, and promoting its institutional and professional objectives.
Participants who do not wish to appear in such recordings must notify SoccerSolver prior to the meeting start by emailing: privacy@soccersolver.com.
The company undertakes to process and publish such materials in accordance with the principles of necessity, proportionality, and respect for personal dignity, and to store recordings securely for as long as required for the stated purposes.
